Mine Tac Toe is a game by Neo Omni ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles.

What we collect

We do not collect, store or receive any personal data. The game has no accounts and no server of ours: all game play, settings and scores stay on your device.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with ads. Google's use of this data is described atpolicies.google.com/technologies/ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time with Ad privacy on the home screen.
On iPhone, the app does not ask to track you across other apps, so ads are not personalised with your advertising identifier.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Purchases

The optional "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only stores, on your device, the fact that ads have been removed.

Children

The game is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
