Mine Tac Toe: Terms of Use

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These terms apply to Mine Tac Toe, a game by Neo Omni ("we"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Mine Tac Toe on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game or its art, sound or code, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it.

Ads and purchases

The game is free and shows ads. You can remove the ads with an optional one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms, including their refund policies. If you reinstall the game or change devices, you can restore the purchase through the store.

Your privacy

How the game handles data is explained in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Neo Omni is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Apple

If you got the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and Neo Omni, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, and Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
